The Private Law PhD Program aims to train distinguished jurists who have the necessary theoretical knowledge in all areas of private law, the ability to conduct in-depth research in their field and the ability to produce original scientific works. Within the scope of the courses, in addition to legal knowledge, the student is supported in terms of research and focusing on the situations encountered in practice within the scope of Private Law. Within the framework of the program, courses are given in areas such as Civil Law, Inheritance Law and Information Law. The language of education is Turkish.
